John H. Pratt will read from his book "Walking the Camino in an Age of Anxiety: The Search for the Medieval Pilgrim" and give a brief presentation at the Olympia Timberland Library on Monday, November 9 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

A retired professor of English, Pratt earned his doctorate from the University of Missouri and spent the last 20 years of his college teaching career at Centralia College. He also wrote the book, “Chaucer and War.” He and his wife live in Tumwater.
